Daily is a weekly private-chef meal service operated by NetChefs and is separate from one-time event bookings on the main NetChefs platform.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone, city or service area, dietary preferences, plan interest, messages you send us, messaging preferences and consent records, and account details when you access the members portal.
- Automatically collected data: device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referral source, and cookies or similar technologies where used.
- Service providers: payment processors, email and SMS delivery, hosting, analytics, and authentication partners that help us operate Daily.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to waitlist and signup requests and communicate about availability in your city;
- Create and manage member accounts, meal plans, scheduling, and support;
- Send service messages, one-time login codes, confirmations, and operational updates;

When you choose text contact, NetChefs Daily uses your mobile number, messaging choice, and consent records to send messages about your inquiry, signup, meal-service scheduling, and service updates. We also use this information to manage help and unsubscribe requests. This SMS program does not include advertising or promotional messages.
NetChefs does not sell, rent, or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers to deliver and support these messages on our behalf and under our instructions. Other sharing provisions in this policy do not permit another business to use your SMS consent for its own messaging program.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Daily, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it according to our retention practices.
7. Your choices
You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails using unsubscribe links where provided.
